West Midlands Police give Fiddaman their blessing to set up a stalking & harrasment blog - fact or fantasy?

I suggested to the West Midlands Police if I could counteract his claims by creating my own blog. They thought it was a good idea. So, I created the Strangford Bryce blog.[6]
