So why not just find yourself a new non-manual job outside Rover? Gven

that you feel so mistreated by them, I fail to understand why you want to
force them to re-employ you. What's the advantage of returning?

Perhaps the reason that Landrover cannot find him a job is the same as the

reason why (maybe) nobody else will employ him?
