PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania judge on Jan. 12 issued an opinion denying reconsideration of summary judgment to GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GSK) in a Paxil heart defect case because without the testimony of the deceased prescribing physician, the plaintiff was unable to prove that a better warning would have changed his decision to prescribe the drug (Anna Carolina Blyth, et al. v.
