Fiddaman went cold turkey - his choice, his brain damage, he was warned but he wouldn't listen !

He outlined his own experience of withdrawing over a period of 21 months. The liquid, administered through a syringe, helped that process, though – for him – not even tapering took him beyond the point where he felt he had to "go cold turkey". He did that because he did not want the drug to continue to have a hold over him.
