Panorama Seroxat feature described as "negligent"

WHISTLEBLOWER DIARIES: PANORAMA - SHAKEN BABY SYNDROME?: "John 'Ofcom' Sweeney was recently criticised by an Ofcom report. As there is no accountability for reporters, he was assigned to do the Shaken Baby Syndrome Report for Panorama. Amongst the injustices in the world, he opted to research and feature the case of a guilty woman called Keran Henderson. There are huge numbers of injustices in the world but Keran Henderson is not one of them. Panorama of course seeks to challenge that view and again place the fragile state of child protection at considerable risk. It was a bit like their negligent Seroxat feature where every patient stopped their medication and ended up in withdrawal."
