Seroxat
Hugh James is leading the national group litigation on behalf of several hundred people who allege withdrawal reactions through their use of the drug Seroxat.
The Group won its appeal against the decision of the Legal Services Commission to withdraw funding with the unanimous decision of the Funding Review Committee that the action has good prospects of success.
