Swapping to any other SSRI can be fatal. Taking any SSRI can be Fatal. Effexor has, at 5 to 11 hours the shortest half life and is The hardest of the SSRIs to wean off. Which is why Dr David Healy's Withdrawal protocol does not mention swapping to any other SSRI Except Prozac which has the longest half life at 4 to 16 days. This Is not because it is LESS addictive. ALL SSRIs are addictive Seroxat Is no different than the others
