Why did Bob Fiddaman attack GSK over Lamictal - what are epileptics supposed to do - fit themselves to death??

http://fiddaman.blogspot.com/2009/06/glaxo-celebrate-fda-approval-of-re.html

It seems Glaxo execs were celebrating tonight over the news that the FDA have approved their 're-badged' dangerous anti-epileptic drug, Lamictal.

A change of a molecule means pharma can rename a drug and, it seems, Glaxo have cashed in big time with their latest release, Lamictal 'XR' - XR standing for 'Extended Release'.

In 1997, GSK, then GlaxoWellcome, were forced to issue a warning about the potentially lethal effects of Lamictal. It had been been implicated in tests as the cause of a possibly fatal skin condition in children.

etc etc etc -
