Karen Barth Menzies was the lead on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the Paxil Withdrawal MultiDistrict Litigation which was settled out of court

Karen Barth Menzies (born December 8, 1966) is a California lawyer, professional business woman and avid civil rights supporter. She is best known as the lead on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the Paxil Withdrawal MultiDistrict Litigation which was settled out of court in the late 1990s.

Ms. Menzies has been at the forefront on the fight against Pharmaceutical companies for over 10 years.
