New Blog from 'Anti-Seroxat Litigation Campaigner'

http://fiddaman.blogspot.com/2009/05/new-blog-from-anti-seroxat-litigation.HTML

It seems the purpose of the following blog I am about to review is to show how Seroxat isn't the worst SSRi to taper from and, it seems, to show, how other SSRi's have a higher rate of withdrawal problems.

The author, 'Tuesday1st' [That's the name she chooses to go by] highlights that there are many dangers with a whole class of SSRi's, I think she assumes that I don't know this as she, has in the past, accused me of focusing on a single issue [that being Seroxat] - she may once again wish to read the minutes from the meeting I had with the MHRA and may also like to learn that I have another meeting pencilled in to discuss patient involvement with the MHRA.

'Tuesday1st' posts on the SSRi Fourm, Network54, a forum that used to thrive on SSRi debate. Now it seems to be a place where mental health 'campaigner' Jeremy Bryce vents his anger about me and anyone else who dares to speak out against Seroxat. In fact, a quick visit there shows he is posting links about the solicitors handling the current Seroxat litigation here in the UK . In typical cowardly Bryce fashion he posts anonymously.

'Tuesday1st' also posts on the Yahoo Group, UK Survivors, a group that once again is frequented by Jeremy Bryce and once again he posts links to his vile Doppelganger blog where he now posts under the name of 'Fiddy'. His sole purpose, it would appear, is to climb up the Google ratings to knock this blog off the top spot, at the same time trying to discredit the work I have done over the past 3 years or so.

I've recently corresponded... or rather posted on UK Survivors. Research on Jeremy Bryce shows that he has a history of targeting the vulnerable and also where he has posted vile sexual references to altar boys.

The 5 or so active members of UK Survivors don't seem too bothered about the actions of 55 year old Jeremy Bryce.

Walter Dean, an apparent esteemed Professor, who regularly posts in the group, refuses to believe that Bryce could have such a tainted history. Tuesday1st, just downright refuses to read links that highlight Jeremy Bryce sending sectarian emails to a woman and also where he asks a male member of a buy & sell forum if he would like to become an 'altar boy'.

Despite all this, I visited the new blog by 'Tuesday1st'. The layout is pleasing on the eye, although the font could be a little bigger.

I wasn't quite sure where she was heading with the series of graphs that appear on her blog. Graphs that show statistics of SSRI / SNRI: Prescriptions & Increases and prescribing trends.

All, it seems, becomes abundantly clear toward the bottom of her blog, where it appears she has a grievance about the coverage Seroxat has been given in the media.

Her side-kick, Jeremy Bryce, has waffled on since the dawning of time with his conspiracies regarding Seroxat campaigners. His latest attack has this blog down as being funded by Scientology - what he fails to tell people is that he came onto my blog, refreshed the page 22 times until a Scientology ad appeared with the Google AdSense I use. He may wish to read the disclaimer at the very bottom of this page, or at the very least get Tuesday1st or Walter Dean to explain what a disclaimer actually means.

I have left a comment on this new blog of Tuesday1sts. She has yet to come back with an answer.

Bryce continues to play the victim over on UK Survivors, those around him continue to bury their heads in the sand regarding his tainted history, which, in my book, makes them just as guilty as he is for bullying women online and using sexual references that pertain to young boys.

I write about Seroxat because it was the drug I took for nigh on 6 years. If I had taken Prozac or any other SSRi and they had caused me adverse reactions then this blog would be aptly named 'Prozac Sufferers' or 'Lexapro Sufferers' or another SSRi as part of the title.

It appears Tuesday1st and Jeremy Bryce have a grievance about the current Seroxat litigation, it looks as though they wanted a huge trial for ALL SSRi's. Unfortunately, law does not work in the way we want it to.

If a bunch of people became ill because they had eaten a packet of Walkers Crisps would someone who ate Golden Wonder Crisps be compelled to chastise me and them because the brand they had taken [Golden Wonder] also had the same effect on them?

Both Tuesday1st and Bryce seem to be the only two people in the UK bothered by the Seroxat litigation. One would think by their posts that they are merely whores for GlaxoSmithKline but I suspect GlaxoSmithKline's lawyers find their rants as tedious as I as do many other campaigners whom actually put their name to their work and stand by their convictions.

As for Tuesday1sts blog - she recommended that it would be good bedtime reading for me. I read it and agree that there is a problem of withdrawal for ALL SSRi's. I've never said otherwise.

May I suggest the minutes to the meeting I had with the MHRA back in September be recommended reading for her.

Apologies in advance to members of both Network54 and UK Survivors whom have nothing to do with the 'characters' mentioned in this article.
