The purpose of my original post was just to point out that chapter 3 is factually inaccurate. I've no objection to somebody putting the case against GSK's marketing of paroxetine into a first-person narrative. However, the case is weakened if it's based in part on demonstrably incorrect arguments about the pathology and pharmacology of depression.
